## Key GDPR Concepts

### Legal Bases (Art. 6)

- **Consent**: Marketing, newsletters, analytics (must be freely given, specific, informed)
- **Contract**: Order fulfillment, service delivery
- **Legal obligation**: Tax records, employment law

### Data Subject Rights

- **Restriction**: Limit processing while issues are resolved
- **Portability**: Provide data in machine-readable format
